It says on Google that they are open til 8. It even says it was confirmed BY THE BUSINESS 4 days ago. Went there tonight and got there at 7:40. Was informed that they were closed. They said they close at 7:30. If it is confirmed by the business itself that they are open til 8 then they should be open til 8.

I've been eating at Charley"s for seven years. I grew up near Philadelphia AND LOVE a good Philly cheese steak. While it" s not a "true Philly," it's as close as I can find here. I taught them how to make mine (grill the mushrooms and onions extra brown) and it's a close second. Bill, the owner KNOWS what he is doing and he's a good guy!

Always the best! They make it right in front of you and it is delicious. Can't wait for them to open again or find a spot that isn't in the mall. I only go to the mall for cheesesteak sandwich with cheese fries and and a Julius from next door!

The owner "Bill Lam" is very cheap he charges mall employees full price even though there is a discount. Also the staff gives out punch cards for return visits, he said the meal I bought was already on sale so he couldn't give me a card. Then he started mansplaining I had to come back and buy something at regular price. It would seem that to a business owner that handing out a punch card is the least you can do to build your business. Apparently not the case here and wouldn't recommend this place based on that type of Poor and cheap service
