Great employee's but the company adds a lot of fees and charges-- so be ready to pay extras--

Horrible company. Horrible. They will Arbitrarily apply any fee, tax, do whatever they can to get a penny out of you. And absolutely evil monopolizing company. There's a reason why they can do what they want, because there are no other salvage companies out there. Don't bother Trying to figure out cold parts. They will screw you hard every time.

Putting one star for having new rules that we can only see 3 cars at a time. Definitely not happy with this at all. Cuz I’ve bought cars b4 that I’ve came to the lot and seen them there and bought it Right away . But if it’s a issue about someone is doing some illegal act on the property then you should get security cameras installed!

Nothing like people driving P.O.S.'s through our community that are un- safe to drive. I've seen too many cars being pulled by tow ropes on Hwy 65.

You will need to send in your driver's license and put down a deposit if you plan on bidding more than 1000 dollars. To just get in the yard to look all you need is the bidder number. There are several yards so be sure to go to the right one

The inventory changes daily. Your best bet is either come out and view the cars for sale that week or visit the website. Copart is NOT a junkyard but a auto auction house for insurance companies dealers and charities.

I'd like purchase a car for myself. Do I need to make an appointment to see cars in person ? Is there any fee for that ?

If you are in Mexico like me, you need to have a business that is registered so you pay taxes that have to do with cars (example: mechanical workshop). Having that ready, you go to the Copart page and you register there they tell you what documents you need and it tells you the price of the monthly membership

Once you purchase a car ,how long will COPART hold the car for you?
