I’m not a kraut person, but trying to eat healthier, and I read that sauerkraut has great benefits for the body. I purchased this brand from my local health food store only to discover that your kraut taste AMAZING!!! I put in in my boring lentils dish and it Made IG taste so much better. We got a sample of Sauerkraut from one of your delightful helpers in Ashland's Shop n Kart yesterday so we bought a couple of jars and just had some with a sandwich. We have given up on sauerkraut because it is almost all made with bad salt and other chemicals. Even the more health food kind just is not very good quality or taste. This has really won us over. That kraut turned our sandwich into such a wonderful meal that we were shocked. There is no praise high enough for this product and that from people who know.
