Spent 3 weeks here while waiting to moving into my apartment. I made a reservation online. Check-in was smooth and easy. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room had a full bathroom, refrigerator, sink and a 2-burner stove. Also plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. TV with remote, telephone and alarm clock all in room. They do NOT supply dishes, silverware or pots and pans. You must bring your own or buy kitchen packs from the front desk. They have the best long-term prices of any extended stay in the Phoenix area for 7 or more days and they are clean, and pet friendly! Oh and they are apart of the Choice Hotel network (for members and point collectors).

I mean you get what you pay for. Rooms had bare minimum with cheap furniture. The bedspreads were stained and the walls were not clean at all. It served its purpose for our overnight stay, but I would not recommend for long term. Staff was friendly and check in was easy.

If you are working up the budgeting for your trip, and plan to stay beyond 2 weeks, be sure to add roughly $30 for the linens fee. Or do as I did, decline it and wash the items yourself, separately from your personal items. There is an on-site laundry facility on the ground floor, near the office and vending machines (the only external amenities offered besides the WiFi, which is decent, for the most part). It's just $1.75 per load for the washer as well as $1.75 per load for the dryer, both of which take cards or quarters. The machines work very well, and there's a small, wall-mounted vending machine that sells detergent and softener sheets.
Just try calling again. They sometimes are in different rooms and sometimes if you harass enough, they are more likely to answer... Lol.
