I had an amazing experience obtaining my insurance through State farm. Not my first time with this company and the customer service is always excellent. Allison and Jake were both very patient and understanding of my needs. Lifetime customer here 😁

When I called them they were so personal, they saw my birthday and wished me a belated happy birthday, it was the cheapest rates I have seen as well.

I was looking to change insurance companies for a better car insurance policy and Alison was amazing at helping me understand every detail! So thankful for her patience and sincerity! Couldn't ask for a better agent! Thank you Alison!

We are happy to send you any proof of insurance you may need. In addition or if after regular business hours, if your policies are registered at www.statefarm.com, you can access declarations pages through your secure and password protected portal. If you need to make any changes to your policy prior to getting proof of insurance, call us and we can take care of that for you. One of the benefits to having a local agent is we are licensed and authorized to make policy changes and provide proof of insurance for you.
You’ve done well by calling us, but please think safety first and call the police. The police will be able to facilitate the exchange of information with other drivers and document the scene of the auto accident. Unfortunately, people involved in accidents forget or change details as time passes. In addition to photos you can safely take at the scene, a police report will document factual information. Once you are safe and the police have completed their investigation, then call us and we can review the details of your policy and discuss the next steps towards getting your vehicle repaired.
This is a question that will be unique to each insurance company and how their policy is written. Generally, property covered on your auto insurance has to be property that is solely used in your car (jumper cables, customized speakers, Vehicle GPS systems, etc.). Your gym bag, is not solely used in your car, so if it is stolen from your car, you will need to have that personal property covered under your renters, condo or home owners insurance. Be sure you put your renters, condo or home insurance with the same company that has your auto insurance, because you will receive extra discounts. In many cases, that discount pays for a lot, if not all of a renters insurance policy. Not all companies offer this, so call your Insurance Agent to see if you can qualify.
Full coverage is a vague term that doesn’t actually have a legal definition in the insurance industry. Full coverage might mean something different to you than it means to your insurance company and that difference could determine whether you get paid during a claim or not. Insurance policies are designed to covered specific perils through specific coverages at specific times, so if you ever have questions about what coverages you have or not, always call your Agency to speak to a licensed representative who best knows you and your situation. Do not assume you are good with “full coverage.”
Probably not. Our top priority is matching your coverages to your needs and this usually requires a conversation. You will likely always be able to lower your premium with less coverages on your policy, however when purchasing a policy, most of our customers find they want their policy to have the appropriate coverages to help in the event you have a claim. They find the right coverages are more important than the slight monthly savings with cheap insurance
What is covered and what is not covered on any insurance policy is very specific to the event and what coverages you elected to have on your policy. Jewelry, for example, is often covered, but up to a very low limit. You will want to meet with your Insurance Agency to review all concerns and scenarios to be sure you are selecting the correct policy for you in your unique situation.
