Met with Stephen today to open a new account and switch from my old bank. They were very helpful and the accounts they had and loan services they offer were everything I was looking for could not recommend a better bank.

Wow such negative reviews. I thought everyone was polite and professional. I cashed a govt check here and I wasn't even a customer. I even opened a small debit card account. Doesn't hurt to have an extra small stash on the side for a rainy day. My relationship banker was Mira el Turk. My advice is to seek her out if you have any issues.

Have all but one teller go on lunch break while the rest of the population comes in because it's their lunch break and they can't come any other time... said the manager here, apparently. Always a large line with no other bank employees helping. I waste a half hour here every time to do a couple commercial deposits.....
