I work with them a lot and honestly with the very small staff they are left with I think they do an amazing job finding homes for families. Sometimes it can take a bit and email communication at times is faster but with hundreds of families and literally just a handful of people to handle them all it's the best they can do. Hopefully in time the city can divert some of the roundabout money into more staffing and home funding for what is truly needed. :)
