Ms Chantel is absolutely amazing . She so sweet super cool. She handles her business . I have zero complaints about her . She helped me have an understanding when moving in to the apartment . Was professional as well . I recommend moving out here ! The apartments are so nice !

This review is 5 months due and my patience has run out. I should have followed the earlier reviews here about high staff turnover and how this ruined my experience here. I was searching for apartments in March and inquired about a ground floor apartment at One White Oak. I specifically needed the ground floor because of my infant child and upper floors were not an option. The lady (1st week on the job) in the leasing office assured me that the ground floor apartment was available and encouraged me to apply (300$ fee!), The next day she calls to tell me that there was a mistake in the system and there were no ground floor apartments available, fine. Initially the manager arrogantly told me that the 300$ couldnt be refunded (she even says "take the 3rd floor, are you prepared to lose 300$ for 2 flights of stairs!") no matter how much i protested that it was a fault on her office for giving me incorrect information. I complained to RK properties and within minutes she called me back promising to send me a 300$ refund cheque, i believe this was a ruse just to ensure that I didnt escalate things further since we are in August and I still havent received my cheque, Very unprofessional experience overall!

I have been do pleased with James/ Chantel and when I met Sade. I am very excited to be there . My best girlfriend and her husband moved in there to be close to their grandkids and children . They are very excited of this,we can do many things together. We used to live in same golf community in Forsyth together since I have no family here and lost my older son. Thank you, Sherrie Case

High turnover of onsite staff, and residence. Poor onsite management. Halls, walls, stairs and landings dirty. Outside grounds not well cared for. Trash pick up poor, inconsistent at best, non-existent other times. Trash build-up outside excessive, smelly, unsightly and unsanitary. Mail and Luxor One systems poorly managed. UPS and Fed Ex not well managed. Packages inaccessible, misplaced, strewn about or lost. Staff unresponsive to many calls about all of the above, often unknowledgeable about various issues. Due to lack of response from RK Management, and as a last resort, I am posting this honest and negative review. I will say the apartments are spacious and the complex is generally convenient, however, the deficits outweigh the positives. The only exceptions to all of this are the two fellows who seem to be the only people doing any work there, Murry and Vihad, they are both gems. And probably underpaid and overworked.
