I HAVE WORKED WITH COMFORT KEEPERS FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND I LOVE 💕 IT EVERYONE I HAVE MET IS AWESOME AND REALLY HELPFUL I HAVE WORK AT JOBS IN THE PAST AND NEVER HAVE MET THE BOSS/ OWNER AND I WAS SHOCKED THAT SHE ACTUALLY IS A NURSE AND DOES THE ACTUAL TRAININGS SO SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT WE GO THREW WORKING WITH OUR PATIENTS/ CLIENTS AND IT REALLY TOUCHED ME WHEN I RECEIVED A SYMPATHY CARD IN THE MAIL WHEN MY CLIENT PASSED AWAY LAST WEEK THAT REALLY SHOWS A COMPANY CARES FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND EMPLOYEES !

I am sitting alone the day after surgery. I had a great care giver yesterday. I was scheduled for three days a week ago. Yesterday the schedule was changed and I was left high and dry. This was one of the worst places I’ve ever worked for. The communication is not good at all people ignore you and only speak to you when it’s convenient for them. There were several times I got left at a residence house with people running late knowing that I had to put my kids on the bus and management was nowhere to be found. I did training that I never got paid for which was online they have no one on one training or classes where they talk to you face-to-face. I’ve never recommend this company to anybody. I wasn’t able to work due to being sick a customer asked me not to come to their house and they were not very nice about it. All I can say is this place is poor management poor customer service and I don’t feel like their customers get treated very well for what they pay. You get bottom dollar to drive several miles out of your way it’s definitely not worth it.

It has been a pleasure working with Comfort Keepers for the last 5 months. It is very rewarding being able to offer assistance and companionship to the clients in need. I enjoy going to work each day and the CK office staff do their best to keep a smooth running schedule for employees and clients.
