Keith's team installed new hardwoods on 2 staircases, in 2 rooms, and a hallway 3 years ago. When it was time to do more, we did not hesitate to call him again. They just finished doing our kitchen and guest room as well. Floors look amazing. Perfect match with the existing finish, flawless installation, careful crew, flexible with our schedule, and a fair price. I am picky about good craftsmanship and Keith knew this, so he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I would be happy. I recommend Southern Classic to anyone.

I had this gentleman come to my home to look at some rippling in our floors. We walked around to the side of the home where a hose was at. He turned on the water, shut off switch to the attached sprayer connected to the hose, and then turned off the water. The water did what I've seen it do at every single home I've ever lived in, the pressure shot some water out of where the hose connects to the spigot. He says to me, "there is your problem." I respond with, "I've seen that happen at every single house I've ever owned." We also moved into the home a few months ago and can't tell you if we have ever even used that hose or not. I wasn't arguing with him. I certainly wasn't questioning his superior knowledge, but he apparently took some great offense to that. We walked back into the home. He took some readings. I asked some very basic questions, and it was very clear he was annoyed. Every answer, "I don't know." He then says, "listen I came here to help and now I don't want to do that." I asked him if something was wrong, and he stormed out of the house like a toddler. I am writing this review because I can't believe what I just experienced with this man. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe he's not allowed to be questioned or have any comments made on his word. I have no idea, but if he acts like this on a regular basis, I have no idea how he has a company. I hope he reads this. Be it far from me to be rude or confrontational with anyone who I ask to come to my home. What an extremely bizarre experience I just had....
