RIP off stay away !! Nasty attitude , the audio equipment they sell there is trash, the innital price they give you always change higher .they tried to sell me speaker adapters for $100 the same one on Amazon for $10 and I didn't even need them ,I youtube it installed the speakers in my car myself in 45 minutes , they where charging me 2 hour labor for . These people are not honest John's....

The customer service and professionalism was horrible with this experience. We had an issue with our speaker that needed to be diagnosed. They took in the speaker on 10/15 and was supposed to have it for only one week and was charged $32 (which was not the problem). The problem is, its a month later no calls/update on the speaker so finally my husband shows up and the speaker is on the floor and the guy with the terrible attitude bc of his personal issues states that he didn't know what was going on with it but its $200 and that the person who handles the diagnostic isn't there and won't be back until 1pm. He goes back at 1pm and the and the unprofessional guy with the attitude say the guy still isn't there but told him its the battery! So yall kept the speaker for 1 month with no call for an update all to say its the speaker??? Never again in this lifetime!! I understand we all go through things... But don't bring it to work when you have to deal with the public bc we don't have to deal with you!!?
