The convenience of having a bank open on the weekends does not out weight the security of your money. Just keep that in mind when you go to open a bank account with them. If money goes to missing remember it's your fault. And you will be treated as such. Fees for everything you didn't do, and Negligence with your money.

Worst bank Ever!!! We had FRAUD on our account from my debit card being used internationally, which we have never done. No one ever called to ask if it was us and never notified us of the card being used. When we called to tell them it was fraud, they told us WE had to dispute it. We had to come in and sign papers so they could send it to the fraud dept. Which only they could have contact with. We could not have their number or anything. And it could take up to 90 days to get our money back, if we got it back. They took my card and shredded it. The one that was needed to investigate. They then told us it was OUR responsibility to get in contact with the merchant the card was used for fraud to file a complaint and do the investigation OURSELVES. The merchant called and needed the card info that was used, but of course it was shredded and when we called to get the card number there was no information on what the card number was. We then got charged $2 per transaction and $15 for the new debit card. We are now out of about $80. The convenience of the hours open is NOT worth our money being STOLEN from us. Woodforest let our money be STOLEN and is trying to investigate us before they investigate the merchant and transaction for fraud. Watch out for your money because they will NOT.
