Worst customer service from service department 2nd only to Beckley Auto Mall. Never and I mean ever go in and have tires installed and balanced and have an oil change because if you are lucky you'll get your tires installed like I did and not be balanced. Good luck to everyone.

Bought at used 2014 Lincoln Navigator from Thornhill. They delivered the vehicle to me, I drove it, and we signed the paperwork. Found rust on the rear hatch about 5 minutes after the delivery guys left and Thornhill told me to essentially pound sand and that they would not do anything to help me. If not for the rust that was not in any pictures they sent me, I'd have given them a 5 out of 5.

Most crooked dealership I have ever seen. They give a new meaning to the word "Stealership"... Do not take anything to them. I caught them in a lie and they still continue to lie. Pictures do not lie, but their service manager and so called mechanics do.....
