Purchased a 2022 Corolla hybrid No room for negotiation.I was charged a $500 deposit and was told by a few Toyota dealerships that it isn’t unheard of but it was questionable. The shipping $1500 and $500 dealership fees are rip offs . The salesperson Shelby communication isn’t very good after purchasing. Didn’t even bother passing my email to the service center to have a part shipped nor did he do a walk around of the car after I bought it or show me any features I was left guessing..service center guy said the sells guys communication is terrible . All extended warranty you buy are over priced 3rd party warranty’s that aren’t backed by Toyota so I’d stay far away from them . I’d recommend going to another dealership if you want extended warranty’s because they are a bit more flexible and don’t like hard nos and I got mine for almost half the price . Very pushy with these extended warranty’s I had to say no 6+ times before saying yes so he would stop asking . Had so much Equity a extended warranty was pointless . I got passed back and forth for weeks about getting my money back for a part that I finally got a manager who took care of it . Took over 6 weeks to get a check from the warranty’s I did cancel .also pointed out a $100 off coupon I had found on there website they never applied. In the future I’ll probably never do business here again . I’d recommend going to ball or Moses for a better experience.

Bought a Pontiac Solaris, a few months ago 2009, they say they do a 25 point inspection, the first time I went to open the passenger door it came off, I hardly drove this car since I had it, went to start it and the car won't start, the light work the radio will not, I have not even put 500 miles on the car, now I have to pay to have it tow and fixed, I don't think they did a inspection on this car at All, because there was a lot of dirt around place will you would have to inspect.😡

We drove an hour and a half after confirming that they accept the Toyota plant deal. We get there and drive the car we wanted and was ready to buy, then they said that we can't use the Toyota plant deal on hybrids. They said it was a Toyota rule, which is a lie! It was a made up rule of theirs on the spot. They are liars here and I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend them at all!
