Great sales team and the process was smooth and people were friendly. Mr. Knight was up front and showed me the entire cost of the car taxes and fees included so I understood the exact amount I would be paying for the car. Only issue I have is with the detailing team. I purchased a used car so I understand that the inside won’t be 100% pristine but they could have at least at the detailing stage wiped the drivers And passenger side floor boards. They had mud on it from I guess another employee moving in and out of the car. Also the inside could have used a good wipe down. They detailed the outside very well but not the inside, which is very important.

toyo is loosing the game , cheap built material over priced cars . specificaly this branch adds thousends on msrp and they just call it market adjustment and when you just think the game is done they just hit you with docking fee or something like that and they just add more couple of thousends and you see they are enjoying it . avoid avoid avoid. the prices you see online approximately add $4000 to $5000 and on top of all that their average apr is 9.99%. good old days thieves used to wear mask this people just dont.

I don't know. Call world toyota or the Mercedes Benz dealer where you bought your car. I just bought a highlander from world toyota and don't know about MB. They should take care of problems you have. Good luck.
