They fit me last minute to check my tire that kept going flat, as long as I could leave my car for the day & I was happy to do so because they could have just told me to come back another day. Also, they are honest because for all I know they could have told me that the tire couldn’t be saved & I would have believed them. Lastly, they did not charge me because they said all they just had to adjust a sensor or something that was causing my tire to go flat. And they are very professional! He wouldn’t even take a tip that I was happy to give. Thank you guys at PepBoys!🙌☺️🙌 I have to change my rating because there were a couple things not checked the last time I took my car in for basically a maintenance visit. I know everyone has an off day but when I called in to explain nicely the issue the main guy did not even offer for me to come in and make it right. He basically said,”oh we out of that product at the time” ok so that’s it?? So they lost me as a customer, which I am sure is no big deal to them but to me it is

DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS ON LIBRARY ROAD IN BETHEL PARK! ATTACHED YOU WILL SEE AN ACTUAL QUOTE OF $2321.25! YES FOLKS THIS IS FOR REAL. I WAS TOLD MY CAR NEEDED ALL NEW PADS, ROTORS, CALIPERS AND BRAKE FLUID. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN QUOTED SUCH AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR BRAKES. i HAD TWO OTHER MECHANICS TELL ME IN ALL OF THEIR YEARS OF WORKING ON BREAKES THEY HAVE NEVER HAD SOMEONE NEED ALL NEW CALIPERS. ONE MECHANIC TOLD ME EVEN IF HE HAD TO REPLACE EVERYTHIGN THEY SAID THAT I NEEDED WITH PREMIUM PADS AND LABOR THE COST AT MOST WOULD BE $1500.00. AFTER HAVING MY CAR TOWED OUT OF THERE AND CHECKED BY ANOTHER MECHANIC.... ALL MY CAR NEEDED WAS SOME BRAKE FLUID AND FRONT PADS! THE COST OF THE PADS AND FLUID WAS $50.00! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND IT IS PURE EVIL TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE.

Bad experience, went in to fix my wheel, when I went to pick up the car, there was still dents on the wheel and the car smelled like cigarettes. When I told the guy behind the counter, he said wasn’t us, no one in my house smokes and they are the only ones who was inside the car, and his mechanic was smoking in the back the whole time we were talking.
