Today I went there for a Tyre change they told me the price is $600. When the bill came they charge me 720.00 by adding 80 dollar for hazard insurance. When I asked for a refund they request to come back after 2 days. Please carefull

I changed my one star to five. I had an issue with the manger of forest ave so I gave one star and I did a complain, that manger deserves one star. But not everyone working in pep Boys is like that manger. Right away Alferd the store manger reach out to me and asked me for the reason that I gave one star. I explained to him everything, he didn’t waste a minute and he fixed my issues. That’s when you say we have a good management. Alferd Ibrahim was one of those who knew how to gain a customer back. Thank you Pep Boys for having a great and respectful manger in your team .
