Beautiful apartments and spacious. But honestly all these apartments look alike these days. They are building so many new. Decent location. My experience with management is not great but everyone is different. Management has already changed. Not what I thought it would be though when I moved here. I am counting the months down until my lease is over. I would buyout but don’t really want to move my daughter durning a school year. I keep getting billing errors on my utility bill they can’t seem to fix they keep billing for electric and also the mail system here is a mess. When I disputed the bill last month I was giving some crazy reason why it was happening and I told her it didn’t make sense, and what do you know it happened again this month. I was told It is happening to a lot of residents. If you can’t get billing straight that is a red flag. (USPS) they are always giving me my neighbors mail and mine is always missing. Anything coming here from Amazon is usually delivered by USPS and they will lose it or give it to someone else. Just tonight I got a code for a package pick up and it was for my neighbor. I started having my packages delivered to the local Amazon lockers. Never trust reviews at move in, people need to live there for awhile or leave a review at move out. People are excited, they just got their new place. They are always going to have their representative present at move in. I have been here for 5 months. Also trash pick up is hit or miss. Constantly calling valet trash about it.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this apartment complex and especially about Kayla in the leasing office. She was SO helpful with the move-in process answering all my questions and make sure my move went smooth. Everyone in the leasing office is so nice, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartments are luxury and the amenities are amazing. I really love the fitness center and the pool is like being at a resort. Moving here was truly the best decision I’ve ever made.

I had the opportunity to visit this place and it was just awesome!! The grounds are very well maintained for a new complex! The staff was kind and helpful!
