We mostly order through the app because in our head we think that will make it easier for them to get everything right since it's like right there written out perfectly in front of them, but it's about 50/50 on whether you'll get everything you paid for. Or if you'll get anything at all. One time we ordered (and paid) through the app because this location was supposed to be open and they had decided to close way early, and we never got a refund despite contacting them about it.

Bad neighbor
I've always got fresh hamburgers the only problem I've seen is the french fries or kind of dry
when you are adding the review you should have an "add attachment" option where you go to your photos from there

NO we do not. Not that I promote drugs, but I managed at this store for 2+ years
Maybe give it another try, we did the mobile order app for the first time. We waited just 6 min..which was good because the drive thru was crowded. Hope this helps.
