Went in for some issues with a bike we had ordered online. The staff was incredibly helpful and was able to fix our user errors. They recommended needed products and watched me ride the bike to make sure the issue had been corrected. I have never done a review but this was a great experience and they deserve the recognition!

This Bike Shop is very awesome and friendly! I took my son's bike that we purchased from Walmart to get his brakes adjusted. Ryan Cooper the "Service Manager" worked on my son's bike after we dropped it off. He called us later that day to come pick it up but it took us a couple of days. When we finally picked it up my son tried it out and he couldn't squeeze the brake, Ryan took it upon himself to not let us leave until my son could squeeze the brake with no issue. The brakes were adjusted correctly but because my son has small hands it was hard for him to reach so at no extra cost Ryan adjusted it. He could have charged us more money or let us go on our way but he wanted to make sure my son was safe! It's people like Ryan that make this world a better place. He sat there and talked to my son and told him to make sure he wore his helmet. We will make sure Cabarrus Cycle is always are first and last stop of any bike needs or issues. Thanks Again!!
