The professionals here work hard— too hard. They seem exhausted at times, especially the doctors. The receptionists can get short with you— they need more support.

ITS ALWAYS SO CLEAN, AND THEY ALWAYS GET YOU BACK IN TIME AND I LOVE THE DR'S AND STAFF. EVERYONE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY WHEN YOU ARE THERE FOR AN APPT. THE CARE LEVEL IS AWESOME!!

What is your appointment number? I am on a medication that has life-threatening consequences if stopped abruptly. At this point, not being able to find your appointment number is getting close to being the reason I run out and can't get more.

If your insurance card has a Cigna logo in the lower left corner, you shouldn't have a problem. You can call them in the morning at 623 - 455 - 7800.

I wanted to ask about coverage for my 94 yr old mother who is a Cigna patient, for a chair lift. She just had a hip replacement and we live in a 2 story house. She has Medicare as well.
