I had a unique situation that was not handled properly by both Bremer locations between a 2-year period. I had previously had AFO's made at the Margaret St location and despite doctor recommending carbon fiber and me questioning why I was not receiving carbon fiber. I was issued hinged ankle-foot orthosis that were not necessary in my case. After being too heavy and cumbersome for my active lifestyle, my doctor again ordered carbon fiber AFO's but because of the previous ones made insurance will not approve or cover for 5-10 years.
