I initially ispoke to Vee in customer service who was extremely pleasant, friendly,and helpful. Upon driving there I received a call from one of the team members on site who was also extremely helpful and informative. She gave me directions on how to get to the facility in addition to finding my actual storage space. Was a great experience from start to finish!
