Update in response to business owner. I was a member 7 years ago and these were all problems back then. That is why I am no longer a member. My last straw was when I was given a towel to use that was dirty, stained and gross. It was a summer towel that was probably left at the pool over the summer and your facility incorporated it in with the towels to give to members. It was faded and stained up, so nasty. I returned it immediately and wrote a letter to cancel my contract due to a breach of contract. In that letter I included photos. Your facility accepted the resignation after seeing proof. During the 2 months that I was a member the jacuzzi in the lady's dressing room was broken down 2 times for a week and the main jacuzzi by the pool was broken down for a week. The sauna was broken down for a week. The indoor pool had all the same problems back then. I never experienced the outdoor pools until this summer. Your whole facility is run down and in need of MAJOR repairs and updates. Back when I was a member you were charging, If I recall correctly, about $90. a month which is what all the NEW fancy updated clean facilities are charging now. If I could give a NO STARS I would. This place is so rundown and nasty if I could give it a zero I would. My child did a summer swim team and had to swim in the pool over the summer it was absolutely disgusting. The first time he went and swam there he came out and said I am never swimming in the pool again. This is a child who has been swimming since he was 4 1/2 on the swim team and is now a teenager. The pool water was cloudy with large clumps of hair. So cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom or the sides of the pool. Everything is run down. This place isn’t maintenance or kept up in anyway.

The warm water pool is extremely large and great for poor joints to get exercise.

AC has been broken the entire summer and there’s no sign they’re planning on fixing it.

My kids love their indoor warm pool and outdoor water slide. Their current covid policy during pandemic is mask is not required but if you have fever, cough or any sort of sickness, you are not allowed to get inside. They have hot tubs too. They offer Taiji, yoga and pilates lessons too.

the warm pool is more shallow and it has a constant depth so it is more helpful if the kids know it doesn't get deeper

Hello Christiana! Our facility is a private health club. We require all guests to come in with a member and we have a guest fee. A nonmember can purchase an extended pass of either 7-day, 14-day, and/or 30-day, without needing a member however. Let us know how we can help! Hello! Our outdoor pools are open daily for our members, 11am-7pm (weather-permitting). We do water safety breaks on the quarter before every hour and our last water safety break is at 6:45pm, which allows families a chance to dry off and pack up for home. Hope that this helps!
