Live here. Like all neighbors. Friendly. Don't know how the management is with roads in winter but I'll find out soon. They need to trim trees and cut some dead ones down on the property to prevent future injuries or damage to roofs etc. Park roads need attention. Lot of pot holes. Trees not trimmed as I think management should be responsible for upkeep of the park and roads. That should be maintenance from rent we pay. The staff is very helpful to me to mow the lawn since my back prevents me doing it at present and the charge is very reasonable based on my income. Think they mow lawn from kindness of heart as I know they aren't making money for the price charged. I'm very greatful for that. Staff has even offered to help me to and from doctor appointment when a driver is required because of procedures I have to have done. The staff of Lakeview Estates had roads within the park chipped and sealed this past month of September 2022. Looks great. Rent increased beginning January 2023 but don't mind paying when roads are better as is now. Maybe come spring 2023 they will service all trees within the park. Park is quiet and I like living here
