Workers don't know what they're doing and almost always get my order wrong. It's not that hard to work there. Update: I ordered a coffee with chocolate drizzle and syrup. Not complicated right? I end up getting a Carmel drizzle vanilla coffee. My question is how.

Horrible service went around 11pm and we ordered 5 hot n spicy, 5 cheese burgers, and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. We asked for extra sauce on the spicy chicken we didn't even get no sauce in the sandwich not even pickles!!! It was just plain and dry. All 5 cheese burgers didn't even have nothing only 1 pickle on each sandwich!!! Also asked for some big Mac sauce on one of the burgers didn't even get any but got charged for it ?!?!? Don't recommend going to this McDonald's on baseline anymore

The bathroom was a health hazard. It was so bad it was unusable. No soap, No soap dispenser, No toilet paper. Surprising for the bathroom to be in such bad shape because The Bathroom was locked per policy, and needed an employee enter a code to let people use it.

I'd give this McDonalds 0 stars if I could. I love when I pay for a 10pc mcnuggets and recieve 7. Also out of ranch and bbq? What other sauces do you offer, that's like 66% of the sauces. My fries taste like they were made about an hour ago. They were colder than an Alaskan winter night. The hours are dependent on whether they feel like working or not. Sometimes open late, never 24/7 like the signs and website says. The only benefit this disaster of a franchise has is an easy exit when you realize they're closed, or out of whatever you wanted to eat.
