Clean fast and courteous. Never that busy. M Wish they had remembered the hot chili sauce to go with my chili. It makes the chili so much tastier! Only good deal was off the mobile app which I missed.

We barely pulled up at 745 and she asks what we want and then we asked to give us a moment. We could here her agree with us and her mic clicked on. But when we were looking at the menu, mostly me complaining that they only have 1 option for the 4 for 4, her mic clicked back on and she made an exaggerated sign and it clicked back off. We thought it was funny and a joke but when we pulled up to the window, we sat there for a good 5 min, but when we got handed the food, she rudely dropped it into my friends hands and didn’t give us a chance to ask for a receipt. Food is also COLD! Why did it take forever to make if it was COLD? Not warm. Cold..

Thank you to the crew today! 🙏🙏 My food was perfectly prepared and tasted great. Made my day to have a good Wendy's experience, because the last few locations left me disappointed.

This location is horrible! Last visit I was not asked what option of sauces for my nuggets, I wanted, I received bbq sauce in the bag and had to ask for ranch and the worker seemed irritated! The Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich was very chimzy at best! It was tiny!! I also didn't receive a straw for my drink, this is the last time I visit this location, just bad service all around each time, I'm over it! The location on 48th and Southern is one of the best locations, so I'll stick to this one from now on.
