There is a 50.00 fee when turning in application for them to do your background check. The lot rent here is 315.00 a month and then whatever the price if the trailer is they will come up with a monthly payment for that. It averages around 650-750 a month depending on price of trailer. Utilities are not included, most are all electric but some are gas and electric. I hope this was helpful to you.
