Between the lor rent and water, usually you dont pay more than $300. I have 3 people here and its never been much more than $300. Thats if you own your own modular home. Power costs vary due do what type of home you have. Its either all electric or gas/electric together. Lot rent is $270-$290 depending on how many occupants you have residing in the dwelling.
