I want to say that my review has nothing to do with the nurses that work at this office, they have all been wonderful in the care they have given me. My issue is with Dr. B. no matter what type of insurance a person may have that individual is aloted a certain amount of time with the doctor, I'm lucky if I get a whole two minutes with him, I try to tell him the things that are going on with me and he doesn't LISTEN!!! I have other things going on with me then back pain!! If what my pain management plan right now isn't working let's sit down together and figure out something else that's going to work. I'm also tired of going and waiting an hour and a half to see him, that is just unacceptable!! People have lives, and when you tell them to be there at a certain time they aren't expecting to to be sitting there that long! I left there at closing time the other day and the waiting room was FULL!! 😳 What I can't understand is if he spends 30 seconds with someone how does he get so far behind!? I've been going here for a few years and honestly should have left a long time ago but, after the other day I'm done.Terrible Doctor! Do not recommend !!👎

This doctors office is absolutely awful to work with. If I could change to another physician I would but insurance wouldn’t work out for the other pain drs in Wooster. The nurses are lazy and consistently don’t order the medication so that it arrives on time and I’m constantly having to reschedule appointments because of this. I called them two weeks in advance of the appointment and ask them if they’ve ordered the medication and they say they’re going to and I called them five days later and they still haven’t got it done and it’s terrible. This has happened more times than I can count and I feel like I’m babysitting adults.

Dr Basalli is amazing. He is so kind and caring. I would not be walking without him. I had several issues with pain in my back, hip, knee, and neck. With his management, I can walk again. He has a gift to help people. Sometimes he runs behind because he does his job right. No short cuts He really cares about his patients and their best interest is always top priority. I just trust him. He has never failed me yet. Been with him about a year. My husband, daughter, and friends all go to him. All positive experiences.
