Today is my 49th Birthday and my beautiful wife wanted to treat me to a pedicure because I'm on my feet all day. We arrive and was greeted, they sat me down and turned on the water and let me sit in cold water. No one came and said anything they just expected someone to sit in cold water until they were ready to deal with you. This behavior is totally unacceptable, all she had to do was have someone come and ask how I was doing and everything would have been fine but nothing. Very bad service
