Charles was a great property manager, super cool guy and very straight forward about what you need! Definitely would recommend!. Fast forward almost 3 years later, I'm still living here, Charles is still amazing and has ALWAYS helped me out in any way he can. Kyle the maitnence guy is EXTREMELY friendly and has always fixed anything that needed to be fixed with no problem! Even through the pandemic they were extremely helpful and attentive!!!

I just spent some of my day calling a fair few apartment complexes looking for vacancies. I even toured the Huntington apartments this morning, though they seemed to not be expecting me and said they would not have availability in the foreseeable future (why invite me down then?? Lol). I know nowadays that rentals are hard to come by and I'm sure the staff at most of these places become tired of answering the same questions day in and day out. Charles at Cedar Ridge was the only person I spoke to today out of many who was polite and informative and gave me a rough time-frame for when they would have availability. He also invited me to make an application online, which I have done. Here's hoping I can move into this place, because it seems Charles has a great reputation as a property manager. Update: I have moved in. It has been a great experience so far. I was skeptical about the free WiFi and although I'll be getting my own internet connection for working from home, the WiFi is very much usable for things like streaming and browsing. The password requirements are a bit strange for setting up with Spot On Networks. It doesn't tell you that a password can be too lengthy. Other than that, it works. Charles is still great. I love this place. As someone else said, you get a lot for what you pay for. I love having so much counter space and a dishwasher! And I love the area. Everything is close by and it's quiet here.

I started coming to this property while I was working at dynamerican plumbing. I had came to resolve several different plumbing issues on the property. This was around the time Charles took over as property manager. Since then this property has been completely different. The reputation of this property before was absolutely terrible and it seemed the medina police department was there almost every day, several different times per day. Looking back I passed this property several different times over the years snd I think I remember the medina police department being there almost everytime but it isn't like that all anymore. The property is cleaned up and it isn't a place the medina police department has any real focus on anymore. I can honestly tell you that Charles and all his hard work of taking care of this property is the reason behind all of that. He is a absolute asset to this property and the entire community of medina.
