After finding a serious oil leak on my wife’s Escape, I called Berglund to get a service appointment. I was shocked to hear that my car could not be serviced for 3 1/2 weeks. After not driving the car for almost a month I left the car the night before my appointment. The following two days I discovered that nobody answers the phone at Berglund. I felt I was lied to about my car being examined by a female that finally answered for service. My family has bought eight cars from Berglund dealerships but fairly certain there will be no more. Big pretty building but they have serious issues inside.

Dont bother with this dealership....90% of the time I call service they pick up the immediately hang up....on purpose too. They have some major issues in their service department. I'd call shelors...they have an awesome service department.
They might be able to help you.
Not sure if a warranty would cover a tune up...they usually wouldn't require one till over 100k and warranties are way out by then. Some extended warranty might, not sur though. They can easily price it over the phone.
