Subway is okay but Jersey Mike's is normally my spot. Today i decided to try something different. I often forget about Firehouse idk why but i do. I haven't been here since i was a kid but i do remember enjoying the sandwiches. My favorite sandwich ever is an Italian so today i tried their version & i wasn't disappointed. Everything tasted fresh from the meats to the bread. This location had a nice little area for outside sitting but i couldn't partake due to way too many flies & critters floating around because of all the trash left behind by trifling disrespectful customers SMH. Staff was polite & friendly, food was good.

Best customer service ever! I had a large order to pick up, and was carrying my baby in. Before I could even get to the door, Keith came and opened it, asked me for my name, and walked my order out to the car for me. That kind of customer service is rare! The rest of the staff was all smiles. We will definitely frequent this fire house again!

Sorry, seems like no changes in the future, buy 2 sandwiches $20, was dissatisfied due to the size, make them small, spoke with manager and did not accept any wrongdoing!!!
