Over the weekend, I went to the Pineville location to look for some island lights. I was greeted at the front desk and didn't see a sales rep for a while. When someone did help, I was snapped at when asked a question regarding finishes. She, the sales rep, recognized her rudeness when I was visibly taken aback. She tried to reframe her response, but her feelings were clear. I thanked her and walked out. I can order on numerous online lighting sites, but I was trying to support a brick and motor store. Next time I'll save myself the 25-minute drive and attitude and just order online.

I normally do not like leaving reviews, but our experience here was awful!!! Went in the store in Pineville and we were looking for (to start) at least 5 lights, turning into the rest of our house. The initial visit was nice, but no one ever reached out to us again. I emailed Malia 2x about a specific light we liked and I never received a response, just an out of office email response. I waited weeks and still no response. I called the store and got Amanda, who at first seemed great, I complained about Malia and the lack of response. Amanda answered my first email and then I never heard from her again! I guess they don’t want my business. I had a few lights I was going forward with and just had questions about a light I wanted in our hallway front door entrance. I am not going to buy a light unless I know it fits. No one in the store could give us a definite answer whether a light fixture would fit or not which made us feel uneasy. So of course we had to go home and remeasure. But never heard from anyone again. Seems like you need to know everything about lighting before stepping in that store so they don’t have to help you. I needed expert help and got far from that. I bought my lighting elsewhere and they gave us expert guidance and help. I do NOT recommend Lee lighting. Also, doesn’t seem like anyone checks their reviews either. Good luck
