Amazing team of all female physicians! Throughout my pregnancy, I was able to get in touch with the pleasant front desk staff easily, appointments were on time, and all the doctors were knowledgeable with great bedside manner. My delivery went very smoothly! Post partum, I developed mastitis and they got me in the same day to be seen by a doc and even arranged an ultrasound the following day -- they were so on the ball! Highly recommend this group :)

I called on Tuesday, July 26th to make a new patient appointment upon recommendation from my PCP and peers. They are booking out for new patients to November which is inconvenient but sort of normal for new patients finding doctors. The issue was that the entire reason I am searching for a new gyno is because I do not trust my previous, including an incident where they refused to disclose my medical information to me when requested, but sent it in records to another doctor and I had to find out from the other doc with them thinking I knew, and because it was always a fight to ask for basic things like std tests. Whoever was answering the scheduling line at Lancaster Physician for Women when I called refused to let me make an appointment without sending all of my previous records. Even after I explained the above. Even after I asked how holding the appointment hostage to records could possibly be policy when they only knew I’d been to other docs previously because I mentioned it, what if I’d never even been before? I was told this practice was trauma informed, and maybe the medical professionals are, but the folks on the phones clearly are not.
