This place is a disgrace. Almost 2 hours of waiting for a simple drug test, nasty receptionist. Clean house!!!! Totally unacceptable.

Worst medical experience! I went in at about 11am on a Sunday with a temp of 102.5. I had Covid symptoms and felt horrible. My husband had been admitted to the hospital the day before with Covid and pneumonia. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours (only 1 other person in the waiting room). I was finally seen, doctor did a quick Covid test and sent me on my way. Next day, messaged me in my chart that it was negative. End of story. No follow up, no how are you feeling, nothing. Wednesday, still feeling awful, I went back (not sure why). This time I made an appointment for 6:30 pm, thinking it would help. Nope. After sitting in the waiting room for a half hour after my appt time, I was told I was still 4 people back in line, probably at least another hour wait. I walked out. I saw my primary care doctor the next day. They did another Covid test, which still came back negative, but they treated me with antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection and sinus infection. 3 days later, I’m not 100%, but starting to feel better. Staff don’t seem to care, nor do they seem competent. Not my first experience with them, but the other experiences were just as rewarding with visits to a regular doctor’s office a day later to actually be treated. I will NEVER step foot in there again. I cannot believe St. Luke’s allows them to carry their name. It is embarrassing for them.

They request you show up 15 mins early for an APPOINTMENT scheduled then have you wait over an hour that scheduled time. Appointment was at 9:50 and was pulled back at 11. That is ridiculous. Go somewhere else for urgent care. Do better. Restart from the bottom at this place st Luke’s.

My experience going into care now was great. Nurse Lisa is an amazing nurse who made both my daughter in I feel so comfortable. She has an amazing personality and so funny. This is Kattia Garcia & Victoria Garcia who really appreciated our experience with Nurse Lisa and Dr.Borick. We really felt well taking care of and we appreciate them both. Best nurse and Doctor for sure.
