The staff here goes above and beyond to help constituents navigate the state government, especially Wendy who knows the right people in Harrisburg to reach out to. As a small business owner who lives in Northampton borough, unfortunately every year or two I encounter an issue with one state department or another, and trying to address them through the state's call center and website lead to dead ends. Zach Mako's office always helps me and gets me in touch with the right people to handle the issue, and I'm extremely grateful that I have access to such a service-oriented office.

Great staff in Northampton office. Representative Mako is not afraid to get down in the weeds, to get the job done. And example was the redistricting. The supreme court in Pennsylvania took it out of the legislators hands. He tried to reclaim it. Hopefully he will be successful, with the ibogaine project, and will be able to appropriate money, for a test program. We need it badly. North Catasauqua lost four people, in the space of two weeks, in the summer of 2017. I just have to add that he is a Chinook helicopter pilot. We thank him for his service.
