Very impressed with Oscar & his crew at Buchanan Tree Expert. Needed a quote on complete tree removal and stump grinding on our property. While waiting sometime days for others to return calls, Oscar responded immediately and managed to come out for an estimate by end of same day. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. Quote was better than multiple others I received. Questions I had while making my final decision were always answered promptly which I really appreciated. They showed up to do the job precisely on time, worked diligently until complete, and cleaned up everything afterwards leaving no trace. These are the folks you want to hire! I quoted several tree/bush removal services all which quoted me higher and were booked out months. I was amazed when Oscar said he’d do it next week! They are super fast, thorough and clean up everything great! This is just an over the top family team! I’m glad I snagged them for a quote when they were working on our neighbors house and then I suggested them to another neighbor who also had work done the same day they finished mine. Ive been passing out their info since to anyone that asks! I really wouldn’t bother with any other service, this is the team you’re looking to hire!

Called about trimming a tree. They answered immediately and did an estimate next day with work completed the following day. Work was done super well. A very fair price and awesome communication from Oscar about arrival times. Great job cleaning up. This tree service is TOP NOTCH! I looked into having a few tree companies to trim a few trees around the yard. Oscar responded to my inquiry same day and was conveniently able to come soon after to do a free estimate. He knew the species of trees and showed how some were poorly pruned (I did make an attempt at pruning some) and pointed out some dying branches of some other trees. He even showed me one that was dying next to the house and over power lines and suggested it be removed ASAP. He gave me a digital itemized estimate with very reasonable prices. The other tree companies were taking long to respond and even others got my requests wrong. I was able to customize my quote with Oscar and agree to a date that was ASAP which was today, Easter Sunday. So happy that he was able to come because the branch over the house was more than half rotten and could have fallen on the house any day. His team was extremely careful to protect everything and worked extremely effectively and efficiently. Unfortunately one of our neighbors was upset with the few hours of noise on Easter Sunday but that neighbor has many complaints about many. The neighbors I am close with were completely understanding about the need for the tree to be removed and we're actually happy for us that Oscar and his team were able to quickly fit us in. I'm so grateful for Oscar and his team and look forward to them coming back to care for my remaining trees. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you very much Oscar and team!
