Malcolm at the front desk could be a bit nicer when answering the phone? for an example: not completely disregarding what Im saying to him and him asking something over me and 100% disregarding what im saying to him. Hes polite in person but I definitely saw the real side of him when he answered the phone today.

Totally unprofessional told me that there was nothing wrong with my back are neck. After seeing several doctors I found out that I had a lot of problems with my neck and my back I have to have major surgery. This doctors works for the insurance company s .money is more important to him then your health. Please stay far away from this doctor. Totally misdiagnosis my back and neck. just to get money. SAD BUT true .this guy should not be a doctor. Because A doctors responsibility is to help and to put the interest of his patients Frist. The only thing he put Frist was his pocket...also he was more of a private investor than a doctor.note.i Have lots of Witnesses...

I really don't know if I can recommend this medical team for serious problems in your head. Dr. Gwynn treated my husband after a fall from a second story and a skull fracture. The next few times he's only seen the nurse or doctor's assistant, however, he's the most unprofessional person I know. His work is rude, he does not attend to the needs of the patient, his way of expressing himself is rude, it is disrespectful, his body language is not appropriate to work in the health area, he sits with his arms crossed and his legs crossed and when you tell him that your head hurts and that the pains DO NOT STOP. he interrupts, he doesn't pay attention to what you say. If you, medical staff of this office, do not like your job, look for a job where you do not have to attend to patients who FEEL BAD and need help. The truth is that if you can find other professionals in neurology, IT IS THE BEST thing you can do, and if the assistant attends to them, simply ask for more professional attention, because ALL HUMAN BEINGS NEED TO BE WELL TREATED AND ATTENDED TO, AND MORE WHEN IT COMES TO OUR HEALTH.

I currently see another practitioner at Dr. Gwynn's office for my migraines (Brandy Hughes), but was referred to get an EMG done at this office to see if my Carpal Tunnel had come back. Thankfully, they have a specialist that comes into their office about once a week to do this 20 minute nerve test. After completing this test, I was then immediately seen by Dr. Gwynn, who did a muscle test to see if I had any other Neurological issues going on with my upper extremities. He was so personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Recently, I have met with a few new doctors that did not have this incredible bedside manner and it really makes a difference. Also, their new office assistant, Malcolm, that gets you checked in, is so welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Don't let the other negative reviews on here discourage you from giving them a chance.

I will refer this to the billing office. I am not sure what happened but we will work towards a good resolution.
I apologize, but our entire computer network was down for two weeks, including the phone system for quite a while. We are now up and running. As I have mentioned in previous postings, we are rebuilding all of our IT including the website, and there has been the setback. Things will be back to normal by the end of this week most likely
We are participating in nearly every insurance plan except for of course Kaiser and some Medicare advantage plans.
Yes we do, but please be sure to have a primary care physician listed.
The second one is correct. We moved three years ago.
