RE: Lab Services Abhorrent treatment by lab registration rep disrespectful, rolling eyes, sarcastic, false information. Lab supervisor was equally dishonest and disrespectful; both incompetent in their roles. As a single parent of a child with complex special needs, we waited over an hour- they didn’t call a single lab patient back, lied about their patients (which number they were on, making up reasons why no patient was being seen) and had to leave without service for another doctor appointment. Most other lab patients had already walked out, except the mom of a child with cancer who had been waiting even longer than us, who were also ignored and disrespected. My experience with such lack of service, rudeness, immaturity, unprofessionalism, disregard for my child & his complex special needs, and our time and travel, bring me to urge any other parent to avoid this location at all costs

We called to schedule a new patient appointment for our daughter to see a Pediatrics GI Specialist due to problems with constipation. Scheduling was easy and they were able to see her within a week. We arrived, parked in the parking garage and had easy access to the elevators. The building was very nice, temps were taken (this was during COVID) then we were permitted in. Check-in was easy once upstairs to see the doctor. They were running behind but I understood why once the doctor was in with us. Dr. Tenjarla was VERY thorough, did not rush, answered all of my questions and she explained it in a way that my 4yr old understood what she was suppose to do when we left. She was very polite and seemed as though she genuinely cared about our daughter getting better. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Tenjarla if you’re in need of a GI Specialist for your child. Lastly, she sent us for ex-rays downstairs. They had us in and out of there in less than 15mins. Great experience from start to finish!

It is not. You can get parking vouchers though. This is where you pay only on your fifth visit.
