Hi Carolyn, Unfortunately, there is no short answer for this one. Waste disposal varies greatly from area to area. Cities, towns, states, provinces and counties all regulate the disposal of trash differently within their own jurisdictions.

All dumpsters are taken to a landfill that accepts the waste you put inside of the dumpster.Tree and Construction debris is taken to landfills that recycle this waste.

Carolyn, Each dumpster rental comes with a 7 day rental period, in which we come automatically on the 7th day unless given a 48 hour notice otherwise. You do not have to keep it for the full 7 days, if you are done with it sooner you can give us a call for an early pick up. We have dumpsters available today. Every dumpster has a weight limit included until you can be charged with overweight fees. For example, a 6 Yard bin holds 1 ton, and a 20 Yard bin holds 4 tons in weight.

Sharing dumpster rentals with family, friends or neighbors is a great idea, by all means go ahead!

We do not allow these items in our dumpsters: Liquids, Food, Tires, Batteries, Appliances with Freon. Any items such as Concrete, Brick, Soil, Dirt, Tree Stumps, Root Balls can only go in our 6 Yard dumpster because they are heavy weight items.

You do not need a permit to rent a dumpster but we do recommend if you have HOA in your residential community, to get into contact with them before getting a dumpster to confirm you can have it on the driveway or street.

All dumpsters include Driveway Protection, where we place wood boards underneath the dumpster so it doesn't touch the pavement. We include this protection on pavement and off pavement to ensure that damages are prevented.

We usually recommend placing the dumpster on the driveway in case any weather in the future should prevent us from picking up the dumpster. Yet we can place it off the pavement with the perimisson of the homeowner or contractor with a Landscape Waiver.

All dumpsters are made to be residential friendly therefore we can place the dumpster on a two car driveway and you can park your car beside the bin.

For small remodeling projects, like a bathroom, you'll probably be fine renting a 6 or 10 yard dumpster. Obviously, for larger remodeling projects like kitchens and basements, you'll want a 15 or 20 yard container. For household moving sizes can also vary but the most commonly used dumpster for this is a 20 Yard bin. Sometimes, weight and density of the waste will dictate what dumpster size you'll need. If you're undergoing a roofing project, you'll need to rent a 10 yard bin or a 15 yard because many bin trucks can't lift a 20 yard dumpster full of shingles.

Our post job clean up is our way of ensuring no mess is left behind after a pick up of a dumpster. The driver sweeps underneath the dumpster and around it after picking the dumpster up.
