My son drives from Gwinnett for his appointments. Drove all the way down just to be rescheduled after he was supposed to have an extraction. Said his roots where to deep and would have to be put under. All the x-rays and yall just communicating this. Waste of my gas money and missed lesson from college. I could have took off if they said this earlier so he could get the extractions complete. However we love the staff and their services but this last time was not my acceptable.

Need to replace the front office.

Front desk is not welcoming at all. They don’t greet you when you come in. Kim is very rude and shouldn’t be in an office setting. I don’t understand how she’s a manager. Back office was amazing. But the front is going to make the practice lose patients. Due to the front off I will not be returning. UPDATE: This is not about a BILL Kim. This is about your nasty attitude. - Ashlyn

I had a molar pulled by Dr. Miller recently. The preop consult by Melinda, his associate, was spectacular. She answered every concern I had and spent extra time with me. A week or so later, Dr. Miller gave me 5 shots of novocaine in various spots, checked me in 10-12 minutes for numbness and had the tooth out 2-3 minutes later. It was one of the easiest, most pain free dental experiences I’ve ever had in my lifetime. I highly recommend him for your next extraction.
