For the most part the quality of the cakes are amazing. The cakes themselves deserve 5 stars (except a couple recipes that were a total miss). Today I was severely disappointed when I picked up my birthday cake. I specifically selected the dusty blue buttercream. I also added the flowering pattern for the icing they've offered since mothers day. Thinking that they would know I was expecting the flowers to be a blue buttercream. Only to get there and pick up pink and white flowered cake. And this icing definitely is not buttercream. This really messed my entire birthday up. And they didn't even offer to try and make it right in any way.

My wife eats their cake for breakfast! I bought her a birthday cake with a custom top and it was worth every penny. Its beyond delicious, and we're very sad its coming to an end. Best cake I think Ive ever eaten! My wife is laughing watching me write this and wants me to add that it might be even tastier than our wedding cake!
