Mrs/Miss Scott's treatment of the public is garbage. She needs to be removed as a public employee immediately.

25 min to file a complaint with 311. Emailed complaints ignored. Services charged for up front but not performed. Atlanta cannot seem to collect trash, fix street lights, let alone get their arms around crime. I’m less able to justify city living as time goes on. Incompetence at the highest levels are destroying what used to be a great place to live.
