The hostess was nice, server was okay, another server brought us our drinks and slams them down on the table and chips and salsa which I had to walk to the bar to ask them to warm the cold chips. The attentiveness to a paying customer is lacked at this location. Disappointing.

One star for this location is generous. I am posting this review real time. The service at this location is atrocious. I had terrible service here two months ago and attributed to that server being in a really bad mood. Today at 3pm my friend and I tried again. We stood in front of the hostess stand for 5 plus minutes as the bartender and a server walked within 10 feet of us without a “hello” or “We will be with you in a moment.” The bartender and one especially rude server actually avoided eye contact. When she attempted to walk away after dropping food at a nearby table I called after her and expressed that we had been waiting for a while and no one had spoken to us. There were 4 visible servers on the floor. I asked if we could seat ourselves. She kept walking and said “no.” Their chicken tenders are tasty, but no chicken is worth this abuse.

$3.99 Caesar Salad was ridiculous. I understand it was a side salad add-on, but the size and quality was TERRIBLE! I was NOT satisfied at all with this attempt of a salad. I enjoyed the shrimp & pasta dish, that's the only reason I didn't rate this meal and experience lower!

Pleasant experience. Restroom floor could have used a quick sweep. Our steaks were cooked as requested and son enjoyed the brisket dish he ordered. Our waitress was very attentive. A great way to end the day after hiking around Lake Pleasant.
