Worked at this place for about 3 months, decided to not speak up about my experience with the owner and the nail techs but finally wanted to share my short experience with this place. The owner David is extremely rude to start off with always would leave his employees hanging, the whole place is a mad house, unorganized, it’s uncleanliness is disgusting. The nail techs are rude, they start fights in front of customers and make customers uncomfortable. With that said working at this place for that short amount of time and seeing the stuff I did, I do not recommend giving this place you’re hard earned money. Go some place that is clean and is organized, and cares about making customers feel pleasant while getting their service.

Scheduled an appointment for a full set, as my current set was lifting off and I had two nails missing. The man that sat down for my service proceeded to remove my remaining acrylics with a plastic nail tip. In doing so, he ripped my natural nail off. I stopped the service and left.

I had a pedicure at Novelle nail salon on 9/07/21. The man in front that answered the phone was very kind and helpful. The nail tech that did my pedicure was not friendly, he did not seem happy to be there. I got a basic pedicure with a French tip. It was the lowest quality pedicure I have ever had. I had to ask for 2 coats of clear polish which usually comes standard with a French tip. Yes The foot bath did not look clean and they did not put a plastic liner. I should have walked out right there, but I was in a pinch for time. I would not recommend this business and I will definitely not go back.

I've been going here for over 2 years. Tuesday morning I called & spoke to David (owner) to make an appointment. He scheduled me for 5:45. I arrived right on time, David wasn't there at the time. I sat & waited for 30 minutes & NO ONE came to tell me why I had to wait so long. I looked over at my girl & she was still working on her client. I finally walked out. I was furious. I went home & called the Salon & asked to speak with David. He was finally back. I told he what happened and he was very apologetic. He said I don't know what happened but I will get to the bottom of it. He said please give us another chance and I will take care of you. I went in today and got my nails done and my pedicure. When it was time to check out DAVID did not take care of me. He just lost four clients (Me, Husband, Sister, & my friend). Very disappointed!!!
