Worse customer service EVER. They DO NOT care about satisfying there customers ever review about them is true. Completely careless ESPECIALLY the general manager. Came here to pick up my sons glasses for the SECOND time in one day because the first time I was told they were here. Then they made me stand outside for 35min while they watched me through glass window instead of just giving me the pair of glasses told me I had to wait because they were busy at the moment! How busy can you be to make a customer wait 35min instead of taking 5 seconds out of your time to just hand me the glasses. HIGHLY do NOT recommend you coming here. They will for sure raise your blood pressure based off how careless they are!!

Horrible customer service brushed off my sons wye exam im not sure if they even gave him the correct prescription. Then when it was time to pick up told me only 1 pair of glasses was ready. Drove all the way back home then get a text message saying pick up both pair of glasses. Meaning he was just careless and didnt take time out to look for my other pair. When i arrive back they make me stand outside for another 35 min and point at my glasses like they have them know exactly what i came back for but refuses to just give them to me. Customer service is clearly not there number 1 priority here. Please find another vision center with better customer service

If I could give a huge zero to this practice, I would! Do not come to this practice. Save yourself time and sanity. That practice is ran very unprofessionally, doctor is careless, she enters information into the system incorrectly. Front office is rude. Scheduling is terrible. I’m still inside the store at 5 pm for my 3:30 pm appointment. I’m beyond frustrated.

Oh wow!!!my experience was SUPER pleasant & they let me know they were from another store so I assume they're short staffed🤷🏽♀️but I got my lenses 4 days early & everyone was So friendly
