Dr. Polanco is the best! She takes everything I say as far as my kids health very seriously and tries her best to find solutions to our health related problems.. I however don’t like the wait time, it seems like they are short staffed and overbooked a lot. Another thing, their answering service sucks! They keep you on hold for to long and then when you try to leave a message, their mailbox is full.. pretty annoying

I love Erica James, my favorite. She takes time to listen to you and she really try her best to help you with whatever problem you have. She will also referred you if you need to be seen by another type of Dr. About something else.
