drove down from Massachusetts to stay at your hotel. It was a very very terrible stay. I was traveling with my infant and there was partying yelling and shouting all night long. There was bugs in our bathroom and my husband got bitten. The curtains didn't fully close and the floor was dirty and had hair pins all over the floor. Our sheets had stains on them. It was one of the worst experiences. It was definitely not worth the price to stay in such a hotel. Tried to reach out via email to customer service and contact page doesn't work gives an error.

In my opinion, this DoubleTree hotel stinks. Digital key did not work, room and bathroom were dimly lit, refrigerator froze my beverages, shower was weak, blow dryer was weak, outlets were loose (not good for charging), coffee bad and only 2 cream cups (1 each) really? That's just cheap plus be carful - you'll be charged for breakfast if you don't qualify. The rooms and the hotel just seemed not well maintained and fresh - It was like old and worn out. The only redeeming asset this hotel has is that the employees were courteous, professional and when things went bad, apologetic.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. I had an bad experience in the Hilton/Atlantic city. Clean nice beautiful lobby. Our room was very clean and no kind of smells. The bed nice and comfortable and bathroom was super clean. My only complaint is they need to put microwaves in the rooms.

It was beautiful inside. The rooms, bathrooms, and beds were small. It was four of us. The beds were a twin bed not a queen. No microwave in the room. We were from our of town we didn't know the area so we order in but couldn't eat the leftovers because it was no microwave. The women lobby bathroom door was broke so we had to change with the door open. We would have change in the room but we couldn't check in until twelve. The whole floor was blocked off for our family so the rooms should have been ready when we got there! Jacuzzi was broke so we couldn't use that! For the money we paid it should have been nicer. Charlottesville Va Doubletree is a lot better than yours.
